Every screenplay is stored in isolated S3 buckets using TLS 1.3 and AES-GCM-256 standard encryption. Your intellectual property is protected by private sandboxed nodes and is never used to train public models.
How do I invite cast and crew members to a workspace?
Navigate to your Studio Workspace, select Settings, and click Members. You can invite team members via email and assign specific roles (Producer, Writer, Director, Crew, or Client) to manage workspace access permissions.
Can I export call sheets and scenes to PDF?
Yes. From your production scheduler or breakdown dashboard, click the Export button. You can choose formatting presets, include cast requirements, and generate clean production-ready PDFs.
What file formats does the screenplay parser support?
Our Flask-powered screenplay parsing engine supports Final Draft (.fdx), Fountain text format (.fountain), and standard PDFs. It automatically extracts cast characters, locations, props, and scene parameters.
How are file storage limits tracked and upgraded?
Free workspaces include 1 GiB of secure S3 storage. You can view your utilization from your workspace usage dashboard. Storage limits can be upgraded by moving to paid tiers (Starter or Pro).
How do I initiate a client-ready collaborative review room?
Select a storyboard draft or video asset, click Share, and generate a Secure Review Link. Clients can add frame-accurate visual comments, approvals, and scene notes without requiring account logins.
