CoDirect.AI utilizes product analytics tools (specifically PostHog) to understand user signups, layout bottlenecks, and platform performance. However, your intellectual property remains strictly private.

Your creative intellectual property is stored in isolated, access-controlled virtual containers using secure S3 buckets. All script data transmitted between your browser and our servers is protected using TLS 1.3 encryption, and resting files are secured using AES-GCM-256 standard encryption.

Only crew members and collaborators that you explicitly invite through your workspace settings have authorized access to view your screenplay breakdown assets.

CoDirect.AI does not sell, rent, or lease your creative assets, credentials, or project details to third-party brokers.

Optional AI-powered features (such as automated casting matching, image synthesis, or scene rewriting assistants) operate by querying isolated APIs (including Gemini, Freepik, and OpenAI). Script blocks sent to these models are used strictly to provide real-time analysis responses and are governed by developer clauses that prevent public dataset training.

We retain account data and screenplays as long as your workspace account remains active. If you choose to delete your project, screenplay files, or close your complete workspace profile:

• Your uploaded screenplay assets and costume references are permanently removed from our S3 storage volumes within 14 business days.
• Invited crew list associations are deleted immediately.
• Muted system logs and analytical indicators are scrubbed or permanently anonymized.

Regardless of your geographic location, CoDirect.AI provides premium privacy protections. You hold the right to:

• Request a comprehensive copy of all personal telemetry and workspace assets stored with us.
• Update or modify inaccurate account details.
• Request complete account deletion at any time.
• Opt-out of optional analytics tracking through your Cookie settings.

Our services are designed strictly for adult creators, writers, and film production crew members. We do not knowingly collect personal details from children under 13. If we discover that a minor under 13 has registered, we will remove their details and terminate the account immediately.
